Terms of Service
Last updated April 21, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of Ridge POS websites, applications, and related services.
Using Ridge POS
You may use Ridge POS to manage sales, products, inventory, staff, stores, reports, credit customers, and supported payment workflows for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into your account.
Accounts and access
Account owners are responsible for user invitations, roles, permissions, passwords, and activity under their organization. Staff access should be limited to the permissions required for each role.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features may require an active subscription. Fees, billing cycles, taxes, trials, and plan limits are presented during signup, checkout, or account management. Access may be limited if payment fails or a subscription expires.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, reverse engineer protected parts of the system, submit unlawful content, or use Ridge POS for fraudulent activity.
Customer data
Your business retains responsibility for its sales, inventory, customer, and staff data. Ridge POS processes that data to operate the service, provide support, maintain backups, and comply with applicable obligations.
Service availability
We work to keep Ridge POS reliable, including offline-first features where supported, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet access, third-party providers, or device issues may affect service.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ridge POS is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data entry errors, device failure, third-party outages, or business decisions made from reports generated in the system.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service evolves. You may stop using Ridge POS at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or unlawful use.
